Anne's Story
Life
Since High School I got Married to Don McDonald and nine years later had one son, Jeremy Mc Donald. We lived on Key Biscayne until 1996 at which time, when our son went to UCF we moved to Marco Island on the West Coast of Florida. Both Don and I are both full time Real Estate agents and just loving working together.Since joining Coldwell Banker 10 years ago,I have received several designations to help my clients with any special needs in the Real Estate field. I have my GRI,(Graduate of Real Estate Institute),My CRS( Certified Residentail Specialist) only 2% of all Realtors have this designation,My RECS(Real Estate Cyberspace) Recieved for the technology experience in the Real Estate industry,SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist,E-Pro, WCR ( womans council of Realtors) and of course I have had my Brokers license for over 28 years. We have been married 38 years this coming January 2007.
Our Son Jeremy just got married on 2/2/02 and is living in Oviedo Florida. He works with Greybar Electric in Sales and computers and his wife Melissa works as a Forth grade teacher in Oviedo.

Don has his Masters Coast Guard Captains license and enjoys taking people charter fishing in the backwaters of Marco Island.

I have been a Broker in the Real Estate profession for over 36 years now ,I LOVE IT!! Being a part of one of the most important part of a persons life, finding a first home,a second vacation home, an investment opportunity or that perfect place on my island Paradise of Marco Island,Florida is what I live for each day. I have received several desginations, my CRS,Certifide Residential Specialist,My GRI, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, RECS, a member of the Real Estate Cyper space society, and just recently getting my designation of a Previews Property Speciatist, working with properties over $1 million dollars.I was the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors president elect for 2005 and the President in 2006.I was awarded REALTOR OF THE YEAR IN 2005. Now in 2007 I am running for Florida Association of Realtors District V Vice president for 2008 year.Since moving to Marco Island 11 years ago, I have finally gotten my husband Don, who has had his Real Estate license for as many years as I have, to come and be my partner at work at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Since his joining me we have tripled our business and we have made many friends as well has customers and clients. We love what we do each and every day and now we do it together.
